  1. Contact the school. Your desired grade may be full!
  2. Click below to apply. This application is for new students only! Returning students should wait for instructions for annual re-registration/re-enrollment.

  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Health Record
  • Social Security Card
  • Previous Report Cards / Standardized Tests (if applicable)
